India: public intimacy
Post-modern symbol or survivor of modernism,
wild and spiritual, brutal and refined, India still
fascinates and bewitches us.
By his geometrical compositions, Remy reveals
a calmness of this culture facing its beliefs
and question our ability to perceive an intimacy
beyond what is given to be seen.
In his first personal exhibition, the holy water
of Pushkar and Ganges drive us to discover
a desired silence and loneliness in spaces where
man occupy both the first and second position.
An invitation to rediscover India.
